1 - Delivery of products

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Any changes must be communicated before we entrust the order to the courier for delivery. Orders or shipments, if the products are available, will take place after receiving payment confirmation. For payments by credit card, the transaction confirmation by the circuit is authentic.

The customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet and without any sign that could highlight an internal handling

Any external damage and / or suspicious noises of broken products must be contested exclusively to the courier during the delivery phase and in any case by indicating the caption "Withdrawal with reserve" on the delivery form with the indication of the anomaly found.

The customer has 3 days to notice the breakage of products and the damage found during transport. You must write us a communication attaching photos and description so that we can take advantage of the courier insurance (if included in the shipment) as well as all your data to identify the order, and send it to our email address info@chiarodilunadesign.com.

No recourse can be made after accepting the products delivered by the courier without the above caption.

If there is a breakage and / or damage of the shipped product at the opening, prompt communication must be made by following the instructions above.

2 - Delivery times

Delivery terms vary according to the type of product, size / weight and availability in the warehouse at the time of the order.

In case of availability in stock, product shipping takes place in the following times:

  • For small items, delivery takes place in 2-4 working days by BRT courier (Bartolini)
  • For bulky items, delivery takes place in 6-8 working days and will be entrusted to specialized couriers that will be contacted from time to time.

If the product is highlighted as "to be ordered", the delivery times vary according to the individual manufacturer between 2-5 weeks upon arrival at our office. In this case, our customer service will notify you of the delivery times by our suppliers after placing the order, without prejudice to the standard delivery times previously indicated.

It is important to remember that the waiting days indicated are intended as working days and therefore exclude holidays.

During Christmas holidays and in August delivery times are subject to changes which we will promptly communicate.

In the event of major force or strikes, delivery times may vary.

No responsibility can be attributed to SECORA Sas in case of not communicated delay, not attributable to our will.

Delivery methods

- Standard delivery with insurance

The "standard delivery with insurance", unless otherwise agreed between the parties, will take place on all working days, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

The courier makes the first delivery attempt, and in case of absence of the customer, will leave notice and retry the next day. If also at this second attempt no presence at home is found, the courier will leave notice and the package will be stored. In this case SECORA Sas will contact the customer for information on costs and new delivery of products.

If even this delivery attempt should not be successful, the products will be returned to SECORA Sas with consequent cancellation of the order and nothing will be due to the customer.

- Scheduled Delivery with Insurance

The courier will contact the customer to schedule the delivery by phone.

The service has a fixed cost of € 6.00 (six euros).

Other different types of delivery can be requested and will be processed individually, communicating any charges other than those indicated.

3 - Right of withdrawal

The customer (if he is qualified as a consumer pursuant to DL 22/05/1999 n.185, or that he is a natural person who does not work within his professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the purchased products, without specifying the reason and without any penalty, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the products themselves.

This right must be exercised, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt addressed to: SECORA Sas di Rossi Alberto & C., Via Col di Lana, 6 - 35027 Noventa Padovana (PD) - Italy within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the purchased products.

All returns must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging and previously authorized by SECORA Sas customer service; the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts that have as their object the supply of products or services ordered on commission, tailor-made or clearly personalized.

4 - Complaints

Any complaint, of any nature, must be made to info@chiarodilunadesign.com

Complaints about non-compliance of the products received with respect to the order must be made immediately after receipt of the products.
